GenSan Sashimi

We visited my in-laws last night. There was a small "handaan" to celebrate Janip's graduation from elementary. Ate Tess, Janip's mom arrived from GenSan and brought seafoods. We loved the tuna sashimi. So fresh & yummy. Can't remember how many i had basta ito na lang natira sa plate. Hindi naman ako lang umubos pero madami ako nakain. Yum! Can't wait for our orders to arrive. We'll have a sashimi party.

Mobile Blog

I will be posting mobile blogs from my K770i to this site. Mostly it will just be photoblogs. Just like my previous entry. I have already closed my other site. It is just to darn hard to maintain all of these blogs.
How I wish I have lots of spare time.

Gymboree @ Trinoma

Ela's 1st class. She didn't want to sit down on the chute. Na-overwhelm siguro sa laki. Looked at daddy for help. Eh si daddy naman busy magpicture. :p Ela had a great time. She was so happy and cooperative.

Stalemate

It has been almost a month since this blog went online. I’m just one of the many who is linking his blog. They say his site has more than 50,000 visitors in a day. There is no entry in his blog with less than 100 comments in it. People are just asking for more.

The first time I visited his site, it was just a plain blog about ranting on his bad experience with his ex. Now it is getting ugly – and I’m getting tired reading them. I just visit once in a while just to see the pictures and browse on the comments when I am bored with my other sites I usually bloghop to. Or when I read a news article about it. It was on Inquirer, now on ABS-CBNnews, then it will be featured in a TV show on cable channel (too bad we don’t have that channel…). Everybody’s in it. Pinoys really like chismis that is why this blog is so “mabenta”.

Brian already has Google AdSense and other “money-making” links in his blog. Maybe he can earn back the $70K he lost thru earnings from his online advertisement.

Earth Hour

Let's join the Earth Hour drive.
Yun nga lang, kami siguro, half join lang. It is difficult to do this when you have a toddler at home. Di sanay anak naming walang ilaw, electric fan at TV na naka-on. Kung hindi naka-on mga ito, sya na mismo mag-on (except lang siguro yung ilaw kasi di pa nya abot). Kaya siguro during the Earth Hour, itong tatlo lang ang naka-on sa bahay.

Update

This blog needs update.
But I usually just update my multiply account - which crossposts to my LJ.
Hay... difficult pala to manage many blog accounts at a time. Wala din namang maisulat.

Mandala Tattoo

My long time customer who is in progress of completing her blackwork sleeve, came in today to do another potion. I was given the green light to do what I feel like and that is every tattoo artist's dream come true.

Most times, its the customers who want to have certain kind of design on them, but on rare occasions, the tattoo artist gets to choose and do something they feel which is right for that individual.

I decided to mix 2 flavours into one - Polynesian and a Mandala to signify "wholeness" and used for ritual purposes.

Even though their beginnings may be linked to specific religious purposes, mandalas are popular with tattoo connoiseurs of all faiths.

I modified the Dharma Wheel: the eight hubs are a symbol of the Eightfold Path*, leading to perfection -

1. Right Belief

2. Right Resolution

3. Right Speech

4. Right Action

5. Right Living

6. Right Effort

7. Right Thinking

8. Peace of Mind through Meditation

Mandalas are particularly popular in henna tattoos. By definition, a mandala is any one of a variety of geometric designs that symobilize the universe. These designs are ritualistically used by Hindi and Buddist during to aid in meditation.
